Amanda Rubino, LCSW, specializes in anxiety, chronic pain, depression, adoption/foster care, trauma, self-esteem, disruptive behaviors, and ADHD. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing Therapy (MIT), and mindfulness techniques into her approach, but most importantly, she utilizes play and creative expression. By tuning into the child’s interests, she can best help them understand their emotions and behaviors. She also enjoys using humor in therapy and loves to support and guide children and families along their journey.
