For over 120 years, the dedicated team at The Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh has been committed to supporting amazing kids and families. Each year, we help children, young adults, and families reach their full potential through a wide range of services, including education, family support services, and outpatient therapies consisting of physical, occupational, and speech-language therapies, early intervention, behavioral health counseling, psychiatry, and applied behavioral analysis.
At The Children's Institute, we treat every person with respect, pursue quality in all we do, take accountability for our impact, demonstrate commitment in every interaction, and achieve more together through collaboration.
We build teams of individuals who bring their best every day. Because without that, we couldn’t make such a large and lasting impact on those we serve. We need team members who are team players, collaborative and creative, idea-generators and go-getters. Our children and families need you.
Every day brings something different, but it's the care, compassion, collaboration, and teamwork put into our work that contributes to the overall culture at The Children's Institute.
We're proud to offer a comprehensive total rewards package to our team members. Regular full-time team members are eligible for a variety of benefits which can meet their needs across various life stages, as well as benefits specific to each of our service areas.
Our main campus is located on Shady Avenue in Squirrel Hill. In addition, we offer outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy services at two convenient locations: Bridgeville and Irwin. The Family Support Services teams serve Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, and Washington counties, while Early Intervention positions operate throughout Allegheny and Washington counties.
