When you think of The Children’s Institute, what comes to your mind?
"Change makers. We are changing and shaping the future - one person at a time, one step at a time."

How does being a part of The Children's Institute's mission make you feel?
"Being a helper embodies every part of the mission - To Heal. To Teach. To Empower. To Amaze. This is what we do. This is who we are."

What inspires you?
"My children inspire me. First and foremost, I am a mother and a wife. My family is very important to me. They support me and encourage me to be the best that I can be."

What is your most memorable, positive on-the-job experience?
"I love our annual Hope for the Holidays gift drive. Being able to help families during the holidays has been very rewarding. Every step from picking up the donations, to sorting the gifts, and to delivery of the gifts. To see the expressions on the faces of the families warms my heart."

'Fun' is one of our core values. What does your team do to make every day more fun?
"We always find ways to laugh and smile. The work that we do can be tough, so we have to find ways to keep each other encouraged."

What is your favorite part of your job?
"The people that I get to work with. I enjoy my coworkers. They are a great bunch of people."

"The Children's Institute offers a wide array of services that could meet their needs and provide excellent care, all under one roof. It is like one-stop shopping - convenience is everything."

"I have been able to advance to a higher position within The Children's Institute. There are opportunities for growth and professional development."
