When you think of teli early intervention, what comes to your mind?
"Teaming with coworkers and bouncing ideas off of them comes to mind when I think of teli, which has been providing early intervention services in Pittsburgh for over 50 years."

How does being a part of teli's mission make you feel?
"I feel honored to be a part of the teli legacy, doing my part to help kiddos and their families enjoy their lives to the fullest."

What inspires you?
"I’m inspired by generosity, kindness, sparkly things, and garlic."

What is your most memorable, positive on-the-job experience?
"Showing up to the last session with a little boy who said very few words and was generally quiet when I first started seeing him and having him use phrases the entire session was incredible. He had always been funny, but his increased language unlocked a whole new level!"

'Fun' is one of our core values. What does your team do to make every day more fun?
"We 'play' every day for work in early intervention, so we just show up with the families and have fun!"

What is your favorite part of your job?
"Seeing the look on a caregiver’s face when their little one does or says something new will never get old."

Why would you encourage parents to look into teli for early intervention care for their child?
"teli providers genuinely care about helping families. And if their child requires outpatient therapy in addition to or after early intervention services, teli’s affiliation with The Children’s Institute provides a seamless transition of services for their family."
