PWS Awareness – Thanks to Clint Hurdle

In an article chronicling Pirates Manager Clint Hurdle’s commitment to the community, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review drew more positive attention to The Children’s Institute, our staff, Clint Hurdle and the Pirates’ generous involvement with our Center for Prader-Willi Syndrome.

The article opens with a reference to The Children’s Institute and the growing awareness about Prader-Willi syndrome – in large part due to the Pirates’ involvement with the Center since Clint Hurdle became manager.

Hurdle will soon be accepting the well-deserved Brooks Robinson Community Service Award for his generosity.
