A "One in a Million" Diagnosis

One of our amazing patients, Nolan Nachreiner, was featured on WTAE this past weekend. A few months ago, 2-year-old Nolan was diagnosed was a disorder called Tranverse Myelitis, an extremely rare condition that causes paralysis. His therapy here at The Children’s Institute has helped him regain limited movement. Thanks to his swift diagnosis and amazing care, Nolan is making progress and should be able to return home next month!
