Concert Benefits The Children's Institute

Last Wednesday, November 21, Joyce and Bill Toms held their 7^th Annual Thanksgiving Eve Benefit Concert. This year the event was held in support of The Children’s Institute. The concert was at Cefalo’s in Carnegie, PA, and featured three different bands.
