"Bright Spot on Shady" Shines Even Brighter

The second annual Bright Spot on Shady was an even bigger success than last year’s event, with more than 250 community members attending the event last Friday, November 16. This annual light up event continues to offer the East End a family friendly alternative to downtown Light Up Night.
