Miles Addresses Proposed State Budget Cuts

For the past several months, the proposed state budget has been a hot topic of discussion. At a time when the economy is forcing more and more people to rely on medical assistance, Gov. Tom Corbett is proposing a state budget that cuts medical assistance payments and their federal match by more than $333 million.
