A Familiar Volunteer at The Children's Institute

Emma Rhodes, affectionately known around The Children's Institute as "Grandma Emma," was included in an article by Jane Miller of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review about the Allegheny County Chapter of the Foster Grandparent Program. "This is truly inspiring for me to be around children," Grandma Emma told Miller. "This is absolutely what keeps me going."
