Sign-On bonus available to candidates accepted for a full-time position, with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience and commit to an 18-month employment agreement. Pediatrics and/or rehabilitation and/or mental health experience preferred.
JOB SUMMARY:
Provides and supervises professional nursing care to patients in collaboration with medical staff and rehabilitation team which is patient centered and goal directed and adheres to the mission of the organization. When not assigned as charge nurse, is responsible for direct care for pediatric, adolescent and adult patients.
JOB RELATIONSHIPS:
RESPONSIBLE TO: Director of Nursing
WORKERS SUPERVISED: Licensed Practical Nurses, Health Care Workers, Students and Volunteers
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: A current license as a registered nurse in Pennsylvania is required.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Satisfactory clinical experience in rehabilitation or related specialty.
