For more than 100 years, The Children’s Institute has offered healing and hope to children, youth and their families. Our focus is simple: to help each child realize his or her fullest potential. The Children’s Institute has evolved to meet the changing needs of children and has benefited from consistent and generous gifts from people like you.
Those gifts began in 1902 with an estate gift, providing our first home. And in 1915, our first-ever community appeal was launched to raise $60,000 and in an astounding four days, our donors responded with more than $90,000. Since that time, many generous donors have supported The Children’s Institute through annual support, contributions in support of capital campaigns, donation of in-kind gifts, and planned gifts.
