The Day School at The Children's Institute
Dr. Fogarty returned to The Day School at The Childrens Institute in 2010 as the Chief School Administrator after having worked here as a special education teacher and supervisor from 1980-1992.
As Chief School Administrator, Dr. Fogarty plans, institutes and directs the educational program at The Children's Institute with respect to administrative and departmental policies and procedures.
Dr. Fogarty holds a bachelor of fine arts from Carlow College, a masters in education from Duquesne University and a doctorate in special education and educational administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
