Robert H. Brown
Director of Human Resources
Mr. Brown has been responsible for the design and implementation of human resources strategies, policies and processes for The Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh since 1986. Primary areas of management include salary and wage administration, benefit program administration, workers’ compensation, employee relations, employee wellness, regulatory compliance and reporting, and record retention. He also is the designated employee privacy officer.
A member of the Hospital Council of Western Pennsylvania, Mr. Brown serves on its Human Resources Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Certificate in Human Resources Management both from the University of Pittsburgh.
