Providing permanency, the opportunity for children to establish lifetime family connections, is the foundation of all of Project STAR’s services and activities. Our mission is to promote the right of all children to grow in a safe, nurturing, lasting family. We strive to provide the highest quality service to children and families, especially those with physical, emotional and intellectual disabilities.
Project STAR helps families identify and draw upon their unique strengths and abilities. We educate families about resources within themselves and their communities that contribute to the safety, permanency and well-being of their children.
