Internship Opportunities
The Day School has relationships with numerous colleges and universities in the area, providing a multitude of opportunities for pre-service learning. In addition to being a placement for student teachers entering the field of special education, we offer internships and practicums for college and university students in the fields of occupational, physical and speech/language therapy.
Most recently, we were chosen as a site for a four-month internship for the Executive Director of Centre Ann Sullivan del Peru who visited our school to learn more about teacher, parent and staff training using the transdisciplinary approach.
