Commitment To Quality

The Hospital at The Children’s Institute is committed to providing high quality, effective medical rehabilitation services to children. As part of that commitment, we use a variety of tools to measure the effectiveness of the treatments used and overall success. Our goal is to continually advance our treatment methods — by using new techniques as well as new technology — to result in better therapeutic interventions for children.
The Hospital is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health and adheres to the state’s rigorous quality standards for care and its guidelines for mandatory reporting of information to the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Reporting System (PA-PSRS). As a symbol of The Hospital’s quality pledge, it also is accredited by CARF, The Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission.
