About Our Team

Our ABA Clinic team is made of highly skilled, licensed BCBAs who all maintain supervisor status with the BACB, RBTs, and BHTs (RBT prepared). We have a robust BCBA candidate supervision program to support staff development with several trainees nearing completion. The BCBAs meet regularly with the Clinical Director and Professional Development Coordinator to maintain high quality programming for our clients. Treatment teams consist of one BCBA and 2-3 RBT/BHT per client. These treatment teams meet monthly as a group and individually on a weekly basis.

Our Work Environment

Our clients all receive clinic-based ABA services – both individual and groups are available as appropriate. RBT/BHT staff do not need to travel to client homes as all services are provided in our clinic. BCBAs travel minimally for assessments but are otherwise clinic-based. Our beautiful treatment spaces for our clients make them feel at home and the shared office space helps team members complete paperwork and gather for case discussion.
