Quality and Satisfaction
Our commitment to quality
We are committed to providing the finest medical rehabilitation services to children. As part of that commitment, we are constantly measuring the effectiveness of our treatments and their success. We use that information to hone our services, and even develop new ones. Our goal is to continually advance our treatment methods —using new techniques as well as new technology — to provide better therapeutic interventions for children.
The Children’s Institute is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health and adheres to the state’s rigorous quality standards for care and its guidelines for mandatory reporting of information to the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Reporting System (PA-PSRS). In addition, we have received four coveted accreditations from CARF, the independent international Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
- Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Pediatric Specialty Program (only one in PA)
- Inpatient Brain Injury Rehabilitation Pediatric Specialty Program (only one in PA)
- Outpatient Rehabilitation
- Single Service Pediatric Specialty Program (one of two in PA).
