At Project STAR, we believe children shine brightest in families. Right now, there are thousands of children in Pennsylvania waiting for a home. If you feel that your family could provide a safe, nurturing place for a child — either through adoption or foster care — know that we are here to support you, by offering education, counseling, training, and even facilitating the adoption process itself.
