Family Advisory Council

Our 12-member Family Advisory Council provides valuable feedback and personal insights on the patient and client experience. Members collaborate with staff to bring important perspectives about their child’s healthcare, education or permanency experiences while building relationships with other parents, patients and community members. Council feedback helps us design innovative programs and support ongoing services that meet the needs of the children we serve.

Council members reflect the population served The Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh and its neighboring community and includes individuals of varied ages, gender, ethnicity, spirituality, sexual orientation or socio-economic status.
